My name is Dustin Woods and in 2014, with careful consideration and plenty of prayer, I left my position as a senior project manager of a large commercial audio & video integration company and started North Texas Audio Visual LLC. On a hope and a prayer, I set out with a vision to build a business based on a strong foundation of honesty, transparency and communication, while building lasting relationships with my clients.

I realize that potential clients have many choices when it comes to choosing an audio & video integrator, so I’d like to list a few things I feel separate us from the herd. First, I strongly believe in putting my employees as a top priority because if they’re happy I know they will go above and beyond to make our clients happy; and this philosophy has been proven time and time again. Second, in addition to our highly engaged sales team, excellent design team, and professional installers, I am personally involved with every project. I typically do multiple site visits throughout the duration of the project, and I am always a phone call or email away should any questions or concerns arise. Lastly, I feel customer service, even after the project is complete, is the utmost crucial part of building a great client relationship.
